Spring is finally here!

Spring is finally here!

I don't know about you, but I really love spring. As the air warms up, nature turns green.

Spring is like a new life that surrounds us everywhere, filling our lives with hope and opportunities.

In winter, I tend to retreat relatively quickly, and in the cold, dark evenings, I'm not really in the mood to go out (and I'm putting it very mildly now).

But in spring?! I can't wait to be out in nature, or just anywhere in the city, but preferably in greener areas. Imagine, my friends and I started playing basketball again. I think the last time I shot hoops was in high school... But I incredibly enjoy moving, talking, laughing, having fun. Together.

“Spring is a fresh page, on which we can write anything.” – Christina Rossetti

If you're also in the mood, I've gathered a few types of exercise for you that you can do in spring:

  1. Excursions: Walks in nature, hikes, climbing, or cycling in the woods can be a pleasant recreation for all ages.
  2. Picnics: Organize a picnic with your friends or family members and enjoy nature while doing so! You don't need too many things for this, just a good location, a blanket, and some food and drinks.
  3. Water sports: If there's a lake, river, or sea nearby, you can try kayaking, canoeing, surfing, water skiing.
  4. Gardening: If you have a garden, take some time to tend to your plants! Plant flowers, vegetables, or fruits, and watch them grow and develop.
  5. Camping: Camping is an excellent opportunity to experience the closeness of nature and offers many fun activities, such as cooking, conversations around the campfire, stargazing at night, or hiking.
  6. Sports: Many outdoor sports opportunities arise, such as running, cycling, badminton, basketball, beach volleyball, or soccer.
  7. Photography: If you like photography, go outdoors and find places that might be interesting for taking pictures. Enjoy the beauty of nature and capture it with your own camera!

I practice several of these. The main thing is recharging. Sometimes I prefer gardening alone, for example, and sometimes I like to be in company. Both are fine for me. But I wouldn't miss this spring sunshine and fresh air! I must confess, I also love the rain. Especially the fresh air after the rain…

For me, spring is like a warm embrace where one can rest and recharge for the new season.

I wish you a good time!
