Introduction

Our mission is the joy of movement

Many long to move easily, pain-free, and energetically again – to no longer have to sit through the day with a stiff back and tired body, and for the evening to bring pleasant fatigue instead of pain.

However, in today's fast-paced world, most people are overloaded, stressed, and lead sedentary lifestyles. The body then signals: back, shoulder, and neck pain, movements become more difficult. And all the while, there's the fear – “what if it stays like this?”

We offer a solution precisely for this.
For over 15 years, we have been teaching the STOTT PILATES® method, which is based on the principles of modern biomechanics. This is not a fad, but a consciously built movement system that restores the body's natural balance, strengthens, stretches, and calms at the same time.

Our goal is for every client – whether a complete beginner or experienced – to leave our classes recharged, balanced, and confident.

Who is Pilates recommended for?

Pilates is special because it adapts to you – you don't have to be young, athletic, or flexible.
It's the perfect choice if:

  • You have a sedentary job and often feel pain in your back or neck.
  • You are an expectant mother and want to exercise safely (with a specialized instructor).
  • You are older and want to maintain your mobility and posture.
  • You are recovering from an injury and want to regain your strength.
  • As an athlete, you want supplementary training that increases performance and reduces the risk of injury.

And most importantly:
Pilates does not force your body, but teaches you how it works naturally, without pain.

(Note: In case of spinal problems or more serious health complaints, we recommend consulting a specialist before starting the practice.)

Kamilla Lakó

Sport has been a part of my life since childhood.

I danced competitively, played handball, and was a member of the school gymnastics team, but in Pilates, I found the form of movement that truly resonates with me.

Pilates helps develop body awareness and find physical and mental balance.

My goal is to create varied and enjoyable classes where everyone feels good and progresses.

I place great emphasis on correct posture, breathing, and the precision of movements to achieve the best possible results together.

I believe that the beneficial effects of Pilates are accessible to everyone.

Discover consciousness and freedom in movement

What is Pilates?

Many are looking for a form of exercise that not only slims but also liberates.
Something after which nothing hurts, yet you feel that every part of your body has worked.
Most workouts promise quick results – but few teach you to move well, consciously.

Pilates is different in this regard.
This method, born nearly a hundred years ago, is not a passing fad, but a system for the harmony of body and soul. Joseph Pilates created a movement system that, through more than 500 exercises, helps you rediscover your correct posture, breathing, and inner balance.

Harmony of body and soul

In Pilates, you learn to feel your body – every movement is precise, conscious, and controlled. You don't have to be flexible or fit: through practice, your body learns to cooperate with you again.
The result? Effortless movement, pain-free movement, a strong core, and balanced energy.

Tradition that keeps up with the times

Pilates exercises can be performed on the mat or on special equipment such as the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, or Barrels. These machines do not make it harder, but rather help and diversify the development of correct movement patterns, improve posture, and support rehabilitation. Your body does not “suffer” but learns to function effectively again.

Gentle, yet deeply effective

Conscious breathing, slow, precise movements calm the mind, relieve tension, and increase lung capacity. Your body naturally transforms, your muscles become longer and more flexible – while the joy of movement finally returns to your life.

"After ten sessions, you'll feel the difference; after twenty, you'll see it; and after thirty, you'll be completely renewed."
