Do you know why it's good to come to a stretching class?

Developing flexibility is a cure for many musculoskeletal problems (back, lower back, knee pain, etc.). Stretching the muscles is as important as strengthening them, and practising both together can lead to a harmonious physical and mental state in the long term. Stretching training aims to maintain and increase the mobility of muscles and joints. Regular exercise makes muscles more flexible, improves their performance, reduces the risk of injury, prevents osteoarthritis, arthritis, etc., and allows faster recovery. It improves body awareness, contributes to aesthetic appearance (shapely, beautiful, not shortened, cramped muscles and incorrect posture) and last but not least, gives mental recharging.

An effective stretching class can include more active exercises (i.e. when you have to use other muscles to stretch a muscle) as well as more passive, relaxation-type exercises, when you can relax a muscle or muscle statically, even for minutes, while observing what is happening in your body, and achieving the relaxation or stretching of the muscle or muscle. The class is accompanied by pleasant, relaxing music to help you relax completely.
