"I used to play sport... a long time ago."

This is a phrase often heard when you first meet. And there is always the same uncertainty behind it.

It is not the body that is afraid.

It's about the memories: bad gym lessons, training too hard, failure.

Your body has not forgotten to move. It just needs time and attention.

One of the greatest strengths of Pilates professionally is that it:

  • rebuilds the body-brain connection

The aim of the first lessons is not to tire you out.

It's about feeling safe in your body again.
