This machine uses rods, springs and straps similar to a circus trapeze bar, which can be used for a variety of exercises. The Cadillac allows practitioners to work their muscles in both vertical and horizontal positions, improving balance and flexibility.

The Stability Chair, or Wunda Chair, is another popular Pilates machine designed by Joseph Pilates. This small chair allows practitioners to strengthen their upper body, back, abs and lower limbs. The Stability can be used with a variety of accessories and springs to further increase resistance efficiency and add variety to exercises.

Pilates machines are the core of the Pilates system and contribute to the effectiveness and popularity of the technique. Thanks to Joseph Pilates' long career and dedication, Pilates is now practised worldwide. You can find these machines in many studios and home gyms. Constant improvements and new design approaches continue to help Pilates machines evolve so that practitioners can develop their muscles and improve their health even more effectively.
