It doesn't have to hurt!

I often hear, and I admit I'm always surprised, that people over the age of 35 or 40 think it's normal to be in pain. And as long as the pain is bearable, they think it's okay and they don't even think about changing it, changing it.

I am convinced that this is not normal.

It doesn't have to hurt!

It is more important to learn to treat our bodies and souls well, to learn to love ourselves as much as we love others, and as much as we do for others, to feel good in our bodies.

Because we can give to others when we are happy and well.

You can't give from an empty basket when you're exhausted.

Certainly not what we really want.

Whether it's playing with your children, spending time with your partner or friends, the pain and the fatigue that comes with it can take so much out of you that you don't have enough energy left.

And the solution is not to take a pill or put something on it and suppress the symptoms - of course, there are times when that is justified - but that's not going to get you real results.

What we can really achieve lasting results is to get ourselves in shape.

In the same way that you clean your house, you have to have your car serviced, you have to have yourself serviced.

One essential element of this is movement.

The function of muscles is to move our body. I guess I haven't given away any big secrets. Let's look at the symmetry of the right and left sides, for example.

In principle, it is good to be as symmetrical as possible. If, for example, our back muscles are stronger on the right side than on the left, this will also have an effect on our spine. It will pull it. It may only be a small amount, which we may not notice with the naked eye, but it has the effect of creating tension, which later leads to musculoskeletal problems and pain. Same with the front, and the back. If our thighs are very strong in the front, say, but not in the back, it can tilt our pelvis forward, for example. Which also leads to compensation in our musculoskeletal system, which again can be a source of pain in the long term.

What can we do? Find the source of the pain and eliminate it.

One of the reasons why I fell in love with Pilates is that it can be used as a preventive method when you don't need, say, physiotherapy.

It's about health.

It's great for creating muscle and joint balance, making you feel better in your body, helping to prevent pain, or even improving existing pain of unknown origin. When that's not enough, we can work with physiotherapists and doctors.

Always with specific exercises and therapies adapted to the individual and the individual's condition.

So that pain doesn't get in the way of being with your family and friends in a joyful way. Have the energy to live your everyday life the way you want to!

It's important to take care of yourself and get moving!

With Pilates as a stand-alone workout, you can create a super body - one that not only works well, but is aesthetically pleasing. And as a supplementary workout, it helps you play other sports you love with balanced joint balance and without injury - whether it's tennis, running, golf, or whatever you love.

With my knowledge and ...... years of experience and dedication, I would like to contribute to making you feel better in your everyday life.

You can enjoy your life more through it. Whether it's a barbecue with friends or a bike ride with the kids. Whatever brings you joy! Don't let your fears about whether you can do it, whether you will have the strength to do it, but enjoy it!

Treat your body well so it becomes your accomplice!
