Come to Pilates with us!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Age does not matter! Come to Pilates with us!<\/p>\n<p>Pilates is a form of exercise that will suit young and old alike. Before you get too excited, let's look at how it moves your body - whether you're 2o or a beautiful age!<\/p>\n<p>One of the most important pillars of Pilates is that it is based on your own abilities. Because we are working with our own bodies, we don't force ourselves to lift heavy weights or cover unattainable distances. It only gives us tasks that we can do. In other words, we perform each exercise at our own level. It's OK if you don't do as much as everyone else at first, because you can catch up after a few sessions thanks to the continuous training.<\/p>\n<p>Because we are not all the same, we cannot all be expected to do the job perfectly. There will be some types of tasks that are easier and others that are a little harder. Depending on everyone's body type, we all have our own preference of which exercises are harder and which are easier. In these cases, the Pilates instructor can suggest alternative solutions, task simplifications and variations that can be changed after a few sessions.<\/p>\n<p>Pilates exercises are designed to be safe for people over 50. As musculoskeletal problems can occur with age, our instructors will pay attention to whether each exercise is performed fully or with some relief.<\/p>\n<p>The advantage of the exercises is that anyone can join in at any time, so no previous experience or training is required. Thanks to clear instructions, you can quickly pick up the rhythm and once you get the hang of it, it's easy to get hooked.<\/p>\n<p>As it does not require any \"preparation\", it can be easily incorporated into your daily routine. The advantage of group classes is that they create a friendly, family atmosphere where you can share your experiences before or after the Pilates exercises.<\/p>\n<p>The Pilates exercises are designed to work the entire musculature in a class, so it helps you to refresh yourself after a sedentary workday, activating the muscles you don't always use.
