Ha siker\u00fcl minden k\u00f3sza gondolatot kiz\u00e1rni, \u00e9s csak a l\u00e9gz\u00e9sre koncentr\u00e1lni, akkor a test ir\u00e1ny\u00edt\u00e1sa is k\u00f6nnyebben fog majd menni.
