Emellett sz\u00e1mtalan gyakorlat k\u00f6z\u00fcl v\u00e1logathatunk, \u00edgy nem fog probl\u00e9m\u00e1t okozni az, hogy megtal\u00e1ljuk a nek\u00fcnk val\u00f3t.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A pilates hat\u00e1sa az er\u0151re<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A pilates egyik legnagyobb el\u0151nye az, hogy \u00fagy tudunk er\u0151s\u00f6dni, hogy k\u00f6zben nem lesz\u00fcnk \u201ekigy\u00fartak\u201d. A h\u00e1tf\u00e1j\u00e1ssal k\u00fcszk\u00f6d\u0151knek is aj\u00e1nlott a pilates, ugyanis seg\u00edthet ak\u00e1r teljesen megsz\u00fcntetni a probl\u00e9m\u00e1t! Ezt \u00fagy \u00e9ri el, hogy meger\u0151s\u00edti a t\u00f6rzs izmait \u2013 a hasat, a h\u00e1tat \u00e9s a medenc\u00e9t. Az er\u0151s t\u00f6rzs helyes testtart\u00e1st eredm\u00e9nyez, ami pedig enyh\u00edti (vagy teljesen megsz\u00fcnteti) a h\u00e1tf\u00e1j\u00e1st. Sokan vannak abban a t\u00e9vhitben, hogy musz\u00e1j rugalmasnak lenni ahhoz, hogy el tudjuk v\u00e9gezni a pilates gyakorlatokat. Mint a legt\u00f6bb edz\u00e9s ut\u00e1n, a pilates ut\u00e1n is k\u00f6nnyebbnek fogjuk \u00e9rezni magunkat.<\/p>\n<p>A pihentet\u0151bb alv\u00e1st sem hagyhatjuk ki a list\u00e1r\u00f3l, ugyanis a pilates sz\u00e1mos \u00e1lmatlans\u00e1ggal k\u00fcszk\u00f6d\u0151n seg\u00edtett m\u00e1r.
