Nemcsak, hogy laposabb lesz a hasunk, de m\u00e9g eg\u00e9szs\u00e9gesebbek is lesz\u00fcnk! <\/p>\n<p>4.\tN\u00f6veli a rugalmass\u00e1got. <\/p>\n<p>Nem v\u00e9letlen, hogy a torn\u00e1szok \u00e9s a korcsoly\u00e1z\u00f3k a pilatesre esk\u00fcsznek.
