A tudom\u00e1ny \u00e9s a technol\u00f3gia fejl\u0151d\u00e9s\u00e9nek k\u00f6sz\u00f6nhet\u0151en azonban ma m\u00e1r az sem meglep\u0151, ha valaki 90, vagy ak\u00e1r 100(!) \u00e9vig \u00e9l. A pilates az els\u0151 vil\u00e1gh\u00e1bor\u00fa idej\u00e9n lett kifejlesztve.
