Helyezz\u00fck mindk\u00e9t h\u00fcvelykujjunkat a hasunkra, majd k\u00f6h\u00f6gj\u00fcnk p\u00e1rszor. \u00c9rezhetj\u00fck, ahogyan a hasizmaink megfesz\u00fclnek. Tartsuk az ujjainkat m\u00e9g mindig a hasunkon, \u00e9s vegy\u00fcnk egy nagy leveg\u0151t az orrunkon kereszt\u00fcl.
