Sz\u00e1mtalan el\u0151ny, a testtart\u00e1st\u00f3l kezdve eg\u00e9szen a mem\u00f3ri\u00e1ig, a pilates egyszer\u0171en mindenre j\u00f3&#8230; M\u00e9gis mi k\u00f6telez minket arra, hogy felt\u00e9tel n\u00e9lk\u00fcl elhiggy\u00fck \u0151ket? Helyezz\u00fck mindk\u00e9t h\u00fcvelykujjunkat a hasunkra, majd k\u00f6h\u00f6gj\u00fcnk p\u00e1rszor. \u00c9rezhetj\u00fck, ahogyan a hasizmaink megfesz\u00fclnek. Tartsuk az ujjainkat m\u00e9g mindig a hasunkon, \u00e9s vegy\u00fcnk egy nagy leveg\u0151t az orrunkon kereszt\u00fcl.
