These are the most well-known and most used unstable gymnastic equipment,<br \/>\nwhich can be used effectively in all areas of physical activity, from<br \/>\nfrom prevention, to maintaining a healthy physique, to rehabilitation.<br \/>\nUsing these tools correctly will help you to be much more efficient in a short time.<br \/>\nachieve results. Why?<br \/>\nBecause exercises with them stimulate many more muscles, the continuous<br \/>\nkeeping the balance also keeps the nervous system fit, as it is much more<br \/>\nmore active focus than if the same tasks were performed by these tools<br \/>\nwe would end up without. Not to mention the special unstable surface<br \/>\nexercises. Especially if the professional working with us is creative enough...<br \/>\nWhat happens when training with unstable equipment?<br \/>\nWhen performing the exercises, certain muscles exert force to move,<br \/>\nwhile the rest stabilises. Thanks to continuous balancing<br \/>\nstrengthening and awareness of the muscles of the back, hips, buttocks and abdominal wall<br \/>\nas well as the muscles surrounding the joints that do not receive any other exercise<br \/>\nprimary role, but to reduce the risk of injury and ensure proper physical<br \/>\nlong-term quality of life (without pain in the waist, neck, back, joints, etc.)<br \/>\nare crucial for maintaining. Improves coordination, increases mental<br \/>\nperformance, better posture.
