A pilates minderre t\u00f6k\u00e9letesen alkalmas!<\/p>\n<p>A legnagyobb meglepet\u00e9s akkor \u00e9ri a pilateszez\u0151kat, amikor az els\u0151 p\u00e1r h\u00e9t ut\u00e1n azt veszik \u00e9szre, hogy a test\u00fck mellett az agyukban, az \u00e9rz\u00e9seikben \u00e9s az eg\u00e9sz \u00e9let\u00fckben t\u00f6rt\u00e9ntek v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1sok.<\/p>\n<p>Mindenkinek j\u00f3l j\u00f6n egy kis kikapcsol\u00f3d\u00e1s a modern vil\u00e1g okozta ny\u00fczsg\u00e9st\u0151l. A legt\u00f6bben azonban, amikor el szeretn\u00e9k laz\u00edtani az agyat, a medit\u00e1ci\u00f3hoz fordulnak.
